  • Event Execution & Management

All services are customized according to client requirements and delivered strictly as per approved proposals and agreements.

Service Engagement

A project officially begins once:

  • The client provides written approval of the proposal or scope, and

  • The agreed advance payment is received.

No services will commence until both conditions are fulfilled.

Scope of Work

Services shall be delivered strictly in accordance with:

  • Approved quotation or contract

  • Finalized scope document

  • Agreed timeline

Any changes, additions, or scope modifications after approval may require revised costing, timelines, and written confirmation.

Timelines & Delivery

  • Project timelines are shared prior to project initiation.

  • Delivery timelines depend on client approvals, vendor coordination, and third-party availability.

  • Delays in feedback, approvals, or payments may impact final delivery schedules.

  • Activation Factory shall not be liable for delays caused by:

    • Force majeure events

    • Venue restrictions

    • Government regulations

    • Vendor or logistics disruptions

Revisions Policy

  • Revisions are permitted as per the agreed package or contract.

  • Excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Final deliverables shall become the client’s property only upon full and final payment.

  • Activation Factory reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

  • Advance payments are mandatory for project initiation.

  • Remaining balances must be paid as per agreed milestones.

  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or service interruption.

SHIPPING & SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

Nature of Delivery

Activation Factory primarily provides digital and event-based services. Therefore:

  • No physical products are shipped unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Digital deliverables are shared via email, cloud platforms, or secure download links.

  • Event services are delivered at pre-approved physical venues.

Digital Deliverables

For digital services including designs, strategy documents, videos, and creatives:

  • Deliverables are sent electronically to the registered client email or shared through secure links.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are communicated in advance.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timeframes.

Event & Activation Delivery

For physical activations and events:

  • Services are delivered at the approved venue location.

  • Setup, rehearsal, and execution timelines are shared prior to the event date.

  • Venue restrictions, governmental regulations, or third-party disruptions may affect execution timelines.

Physical Material Shipping (If Applicable)

  • In cases where printed materials, fabricated items, or merchandise require transportation:
  • Delivery timelines depend on vendor production schedules and logistics providers.
  • Any applicable shipping or courier charges will be mentioned in the quotation.
  • Activation Factory shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics services.

International Services

For international clients:

  • All digital deliverables are shared electronically.
  • Physical activation services are subject to separate contractual agreements and logistical arrangements.

Delivery Confirmation

  •  Event services are considered delivered upon successful execution of the agreed scope at the venue.
  • Digital services are considered delivered once shared through official communication channels.
